Simple Peanut Butter Chicken With Rice

2 tbsp canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken

Sauce
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. garlic, coursely chopped
2 tbsp white rice vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup chicken bouillon


In a wok, heat the oil and saute the chopped onion til soft. Add chicken pieces.

In a small bowl, add peanut butter, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix boiling water with bouillon cube and add while hot. Mix together to make a sauce.

Pour into wok and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Serve over cooked rice.
