1 1/2 c dry roasted peanuts (optional)
1 c sugar
1/2 c honey
1/2 c corn syrup
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pop corn and remove un-popped kernels.
Place in large bowl or 9x13 pan.
Stir in peanuts.
Keep warm in a 250* oven.
In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, honey and corn syrup.
Bring to a boil, boil for 1-2 min, stirring constantly.
Do not over boil or popcorn will be too hard.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn.
