1 c sugar, divided
1/4 c butter, melted
4 lg eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c Oikos® Greek 0% plain or vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine cookies, 1/4 c sugar & butter.
Press in bottom of lightly greased 9” spring form pan.
Beat eggs and remaining 1 c sugar.
Add vanilla and flour, mix thoroughly.
Whisk in the yogurt gently.
Pour into pan, and bake 45-50 min until barely set in center.
Turn oven off and cool cake in oven.
