1 Ginger Root
1 cup Mango fresh or frozen
To peel the ginger use the back of a spoon or a veggie peeler, just peel the part that you will be using, not the whole thing.
Using a sharp knife slice 3-4 slices of peeled ginger (about the size and thickness of a quarter).
Drop into pitcher, add mango.
Top with 3 cups of ice and then with water.
Place in fridge for 1-3 hours before serving.
* Makes 4 liters, can refill 2-4 times until flavor is lost.
