1 1/2 sticks butter
6 ounces semisweet chocolate (or unsweetened, and increase the sugar a bit)
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar (more if using unsweetened chocolate)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour an 8×8 baking pan.
Melt together the butter and the chocolate. About 2-2.5.
Stir the chocolate and butter together until it's smooth.
Whisk 3 large eggs in a large bowl.
Add the salt, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla, and combine until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate.
Fold in the flour. Mix only until the flour is combined; don't overmix.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
